MUNCH and The Giving Block announce an official partnership
In a move that connects the biggest platform of crypto-friendly nonprofits with the world’s first automated, trustless, and stable donation protocol, MUNCH and The Giving Block have announced an official partnership.
The Giving Block is a platform that makes it easy for nonprofits to accept cryptocurrency donations. So far, they have helped over 300 nonprofits set up a crypto donation system and register these donations with the same charity tax advantages as fiat donations.
MUNCH uses a DeFi protocol that automates charitable donations from transaction fees to a community-chosen cause. Using an automated and trustless function, this system converts donations to a stable cryptocurrency and sends them to the charity wallet, automatically.
This partnership will connect a network of crypto-ready nonprofits with the MUNCH community who will select from a series of causes to support with their automated donation model.

The partnership between MUNCH and The Giving Block will open new causes for the entire crypto community to support and reduce the onboarding time and work required for these projects to receive donations from the MUNCH project.

Through this partnership, MUNCH and The Giving Block will work on cross-promotional strategies and charity outreach to expand their collective networks and reach new nonprofits and donors. It will also open new commercial opportunities and innovations involving the planned MUNCH fundraising launchpad — where Munch will enable charities, individuals, and crypto projects to fundraise using their proprietary platform.
In the short-term, the partnership will enable new nonprofits to accept MUNCH donations with a quick and easy setup, add the option to auto sell to cash, create a profile on The Giving Block fundraising platform, and include a site widget on their site for further donations. Additionally, if the MUNCH project introduces an organization that doesn’t accept crypto donations, The Giving Block will set up the organization to be able to accept crypto donations.
As charity Defi projects continue to grow, this partnership is a major step forward in bringing this model to the mainstream and unlocking new potential in the charity-cryptocurrency space.
