2. Spreading Christmas Cheer to 10,000 Children
Christmas should be magical for children. Sadly, for many, it’s just another day without gifts or joy. This year, we’re teaming up with MPF to deliver 10,000 Christmas gifts to kids in Mindanao, Philippines, and Southern California. These aren’t just presents — they’re a reminder that someone cares. We’re incredibly proud to be part of an initiative that’s lighting up faces and creating lifelong memories for children who need it most.
3. Rebuilding Lives: The Negros Rehabilitation Center
In Negros, Philippines, a vital rehabilitation center for trafficking victims was devastated by flooding. This center provides year-round support to some of the most vulnerable people in society, helping them rebuild their lives. MPF, with the help of MUNCH’s donations, is stepping in to fund the $162,000 needed to rebuild this facility. This project will provide a safe space for survivors, giving them the tools and support they need to heal and start over.
4. Empowering Girls Through the ‘GirlsGotThis’ Initiative
In collaboration with MPF, MUNCH is also proud to support the GirlsGotThis initiative, aimed at empowering young girls across the Philippines. Through partnerships with Fundlife and Cameleon, we’re delivering Safe Packs — kits that contain essential items for hygiene, safety, and education. To date, 229 girls in Cebu have already received these packs, with more on the way. We’re not just helping girls survive — we’re helping them thrive by giving them the resources and confidence they need to succeed.
5. Kids and sports practice. We also worked to reach more children through sports packs in Tacloban and distributed equipment to 250 children. Sports provide more than just physical activity — they foster teamwork, leadership, and resilience. For these kids, it’s a chance to feel part of something bigger.
